Dr. Jason Banks
I am a Camden native and lived there until I decided to pursue dental school. I married my wife, Tiffany Meads Banks, in July of 2004. We now share the joy of our lives, our son Evan who was born in February of 2008.
I graduated from the College Of the Albemarle in 2001 and Old Dominion University in 2003, both with Honors. I proceeded to Virgina Commonwealth University School of Dentistry where I graduated Cum Laude in 2007. I then decided to pursue advanced dental training at the East Carolina University General Practice Residency program.
Over the past year, I have continued my pursuit of cutting edge education while employed in private practice. In November of 2009, I will have completed a nine month intensive course relating to Dental Implants at the Triangle Dental Institute in Durham, NC. I will then be elgible for a Fellowship in Implant Dentistry.
I strive to stay on the frontier of dentistry and look forward to implenting the latest technologies for my patients. I want you to receive the most comprehensive and advanced dental care possible. Dentistry is not just a profession for me, it is truly a passion.
For fun, I enjoy fishing in fresh and saltwater, hunting, and just spending time outdoors. My absolute favorite pastime is spending time with my family.
